How deep are your fitted sheets?
Our handmade fitted sheets are designed with deep pockets to comfortably fit most modern mattresses, including pillow top and foam.
Do your sheets wrinkle?
Because we work with natural fibers like bamboo and cotton, a soft lived in look is expected. Many of our clients find this adds to the organic, cozy aesthetic.
What is the thread count?
At Pristine Comfort, we don’t focus on thread count alone. Instead, we prioritize fiber quality, weave, and breathability ensuring each piece feels luxuriously soft, durable, and breathable.
Do I need to wash my bedding before use?
We recommend washing your sheets and duvets before first use to awaken the natural softness of the fibers.
What’s the difference between your fabrics?
Each material serves a unique purpose:
- Bamboo Lyocell — silky, breathable, and cooling.
- Organic Cotton — soft, cozy, and timeless.
- Wool — insulating, breathable, and naturally hypoallergenic.
- Kapok — ultra-light, silky, and toxin free for pillows.
What do your certifications mean?
Our materials are GOTS and OEKO-TEX® certified, meaning they are tested and free from harmful substances, ensuring they’re safe for your skin and your home.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We work quickly to prepare handmade orders, but reach out to us within 24 hours at help@pristinecomfort.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can I change my shipping or billing address?
Yes, if your order has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to update details.
Can I apply a discount code after checkout?
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added afterward.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will be applied at checkout where required by law.
Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options are available?
We currently offer:
- Standard Shipping – Free on all U.S. orders over $100
- Expedited Shipping – Available at checkout for an additional fee
Orders ship Monday through Friday. Expedited shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel at peace with your purchase. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Items must be unused, unwashed, no smell, and in original condition.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply email help@pristinecomfort.com with your order number and zip code. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label.
When will I receive my refund or exchange?
Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Refunds will go back to your original payment method, or a store credit can be issued if preferred.
